Brotherhood Club
RCOS Brotherhood
Organized many years ago, the Brotherhood (formerly the Men's Club) meets once a month on a Sunday morning for breakfast and to enjoy a speaker. We, also, work on projects beneficial to the Congregation and the Community.
The meeting opens with a short service followed by the featured speaker and then breakfast. The subjects discussed cover a wide variety of topics of general interest to the group. The duration of the talks is thirty to forty-five minutes, followed by a question and answer period.
The breakfast consists of lox, pickled herring, cream cheese, fresh bagels and hot and cold beverages. It is "all you can eat" and no one leaves hungry. A "hat is passed" after breakfast for a contribution to cover costs.
A short business meeting follows, normally lasting ten to fifteen minutes. A routine agenda is followed and the meeting is also a forum for anyone wishing to make a reasonable statements or suggestions.
The entire community is
welcome. Join us for an enjoyable morning .
We normally meet on the third Sunday of each month, September through
May at
